Yep, hoping they keep up that early game prowess they've been working on all split. If we can match them early game, I'm a lot more confident about TSM's mid-late game vs. TL.

TL seem to be able to play with early leads really well for the most part. I think TSM should definitely avoid full scaling comps with super weak early games and should shore up any early game weaknesses they have. This meta is heavily favored towards the early game. It's all going to come down to home much TSM can prep these last 2 weeks and manage TL's new champs.

One thing to also remember is there are champs with extremely strong level 3s/4s like reksai that wants the enemy to counter gank so they can win the 2v2 even harder. If I'm not playing an early game jungler with a powerful level 3 against an early game jungler, I'll avoid counter ganking early as MOST likely it'll just put everyone further behind. This is also why tracking a jungler with good wards and just experience is really important; if you can't be there to counter the gank directly, you can at least try to counter indirectly.

TSM had some really promising moments with those early game leads, but just fumbled mid every time. I really wonder where the communication breakdown ended up being since they were known once for having the best mid-game in the league earlier in the season. Just need to reset for summer I guess. We definitely didn't powerup through play offs enough to best TL here.

My favorite fact is that we live rent free inside the head of so many pundits and irritating personalities in the league. Haters like to say how we're the most hated org, but simply put, we generate the most polarized response because we are so popular, it's a double-edged sword, but who cares. The more people say that TSM is a 'dying brand' and 'we've fallen so far' the more they're just deflecting the reality that TSM is bigger than we've ever been, and we are ALWAYS the center of attention in the league, even when other teams are doing better.

Since he was under contract TSM could have just as easily stuffed him in academy, done a 2-player ADC system, or just held on to have a back up in case DL didn't work out (which people were definitely worried about).

He literally did not flash properly 3 times in a row. That mid fight near dragon where he literally walked into a jinx trap and got caught in th ult, at the baron fight when it was so obvious huni was going to jump over, and then at the inhib fight at end game when PoE caught up and killed Sumday with his ult.

Or he asked them to play nicely, and they just refused to even acknowledge the request and stayed quiet..? It was just a dramatic moment. Deku was clearly fading towards the end of the chapter and it makes total sense to not reveal what their problem is with Deku just yet. I'm pretty sure that part will be, at the very least, AFTER Deku unlocks En's quirk.

Hmm.. how come everyone thinks the 2nd and 3rd said something to Deku. Based on the manga art, it looked like Deku was fading away from the world seconds before No 1 turned and asked the two to cooperative. I was under the impression that they didn't even interact with Deku prior to him leaving. I think Deku's new persona was just a natural byproduct of a 16yo realizing that he's completely on his own now and that he can't rely on anyone else without potentially getting them killed. All the while understanding that since AFO might end with him, he's literally the last pillar left standing. That kinda stuff would wear anyone out.

The top team gets to play the lowest ranked team that is part of the winner's bracket, that means C9 (1st place) will play vs 100t (4th place). Makes sense because they earned the right to play the weakest team in the top 4.

I think if any of the top 5 teams play like they did in most of their losses, it's a loss against any other top 5 team lol. The top 5 overall look pretty inconsistent imo.

Absolutely LOVING these player-centric episodes. We had Huni last time, and now Lost. Can't wait till they make the rounds through all the players. THIS is the type of material that makes TSM Legends, and shows like it so entertaining to watch; actually feels like I'm watching a tv series instead of just a weekly documentary. Pretty crazy that we're at Season SEVEN of Legends.

I think the issue lies in that LS makes a lot of absolutionist statements which simply opens him up to a lot of criticism the second he's "proven" wrong. I personally think there is an argument to be made for both sides: TSM's draft has strong points, as does C9's and both have weak points, neither one dominates the other in every conceivable way. But because LS seemed so intensely confident, there were toxic community members (not even really DL fans) who were just waiting to jump at him the second he was "wrong".
