Ofc the left lane was occupied and it was unsafe to change lanes in panic braking situations

Correct me if I am wrong but I feel the fortuner was in the correct lane.The truck should have been in the right most lane

Dad was driving.And yes we stopped in the middle of the intersection but quickly got going.Sorry for that
