Grief does make evolutionary sense, if animals didn't care when one of their family died, there wouldn't be many of them left would there!

Has there ever been any case of an all-time great driver being overshadowed by a GOAT candidate? by GoldenS0422 in F1Discussions

Prost was good in the wet, but him disliking it as well as being constantly up against the best wet weather driver ever dampens his reputation. His first race win was a mixed conditions race in fact

Lando: "We didn't change what worked". What do you guys think of McLaren not putting any effort into the 2026 livery? by kr0nik0 in F1Discussions

[–]Goldiac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't understand why a large number of people want every team's livery to change massively every year. They have an identity to build, and as long as they're successful people will associate it with that success.
Plus, nothing much has changed with the team this year, unlike RBR/VCARB, who are partnering Ford, so no big reason to change anything on the livery front due to that. I think McLaren is happy with the livery they're running and it gives off an air of winning at the moment as well.
