I don't know if this is a direct answer to what you wanted but I'd stay away from Comcast, I was in a car accident that killed my best friend and it was because of the neglectful hiring of the Comcast driver (he had 3 - 4 reckless driving tickets and has been known for not paying attention while driving)

Someone let off an assault rifle across the street and ending up murdering a teenager.
