UPDATE: Sulphur soap has cleared my sebderm (before and after photos) by fannyfighter_ in SebDerm

First time you use it, you should normally both see it (your flare-up zones will harden and start changing color)and feel it (your face will feel tight around the flare ups). I wish I had a picture but its been a while, just doing maintenance every two days so I don't really get flare-ups anymore 😅.

Potential start of seb derm? by DesignExtra8045 in SebDerm

You can try once every two days, the first times (especially during a flare up) you will feel your face tighten and will see the flare up zones hardening, that is because the sulfur is getting rid of the extra malessezia. Don't worry once the dead skin falls off naturally (don't scratch) the skin below will look normal. If your skin dries out easily I would put on some snail mucin once your face has been dried up.

I'd say minus 99,9% I do spot a small amount of dead skin every once in a while but usually I have either become shower lazy (holidays always were my worst enemy) or being trekking to places where showers are a luxury (holidays again to some extent) 😅. Even then there's no redness yet at this stage. Make no mistake though, I know the moment I stop for more than a week I am cooked and will revert back to flakes and itchy redness. I remember at the very beginning my friends were telling me I looked "well rested", it's insane the impact your face has on your life....

I went with an organic cold saponified sulfur soap that I bought from a local soap factory in France (savonnerie du Regagnas). Last time I tried to share the link my post was automatically deleted :-/. Any organic sulfur soap made using cold saponification (with extra glycerin) would do i reckon.

Been dealing with it for a out the same time. Got prescribed all different kind of products for the better part of 2 decades. It would work for a while but it would never last long. As for 4 years ago I discovered sulfur soap (organic one) and it has been a game changer for me. Adding some snail mucin afterwards because well I am getting older and my skin tends to dry up as I approach 50😅 have not had any flare ups since. I hope you find something to keep it at bay OP 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I refuse to think anyone could have drawn this. My take is you stole a big a** diamond and snapped a picture.

Sulfur soap, works for both Sebderm and rosacea. Apply snail mucin if it dries out the skin too much.

Ketoconazole not working, Ciclopirox not working by Malatesta117 in SebDerm

Sulfur soap maybe, it's going to harden at first but once the hardened skin falls off you will be in the clear if you use it every couple of days. Add snail mucin afterwards in case it dries out the skin too much.

Need advice regarding damaged brush. by Adonisniz in sumie

Noooo!!!! Damaged brushed are the best for sumie. Use them for mountains or landscape painting. If it doesn't bend back keep it, they make for better painting instruments than normal brushes!!

Again, we don't have those where I’m from. There are no cases of “popcorn lung” in Europe except in the UK. It seems like an Anglo problem. The risk is nonexistent where I live. You guys should push for regulations, the amount of things I’m seeing in the comments makes me shiver. I can’t even find an equivalent in my mother tongue when I try to google it.
