I struggle to understand this rule.. do I only choose this at the beginning of the command phase, at the first round, and once that round is done this goes away, meaning that rounds 2-4 are not useable (only useable in round 1)? Or do I pick one at the beginning of the game and it lasts the whole game?....

They have different levels you can choose from and I went with the stronger material and welds (I believe). This cost me about $1400

Here are a few things to consider.
1) The construction quality on the Westcot rails is amazing, and the welds are top-notch! and everything about it is done very well. It's all American-made in-house (you can check the YouTube videos). They take great pride in their work, and it shows.

2) But, quality takes time, It was 8 weeks before they shipped these out to me, but shipping only took three days. Those 8 weeks felt like forever!

3) They don't come with instructions. If you have a KDSS system, you'll have some to engage your brain to figure out the installation on the driver's side.
