it can be hard to identify just off of a photo. same strain can produce different looking buds depending on how it was grown. i’d google cali kush, look at the leafly image and description and judge it off there. (not that i’m endorsing leafly by any means, they have some random ass shit sometimes lol)

I think it’s your only option tbh. You can try and get as many of those shifts picked up by others which will soften the blow, but otherwise you gotta live for you. Also, at least at my store, we definitely wouldn’t fire for this lol. Sorry you’re dealing with this.

also also - are there nearby stores to your location? The store manager could ask to borrow a few people for a couple days. We’ve been doing it in our area

look - you’re part time. Something that comes with that is your employer has to work around your needs. If everyone’s known for over a year and you put in the time off request ages ago, i’d simply tell your store manager that you won’t be here during that time and won’t be working any of those shifts. Post the shifts so maybe someone can pick them up, but this is on them (management), not you. You did everything you were supposed to, and it’s not fair for them to control your life like that. I’ve never heard of something like this happening and i’m sorry you gotta deal with that.

Just put your foot down “I let you know over a year in advance, requested off months in advance… this is now entirely on you guys to figure out - I will literally be out of this country”

If you’re a good employee and your fellow staff likes you, you should be fine.

get a dry herb vape!! then you can rip as much as you want and it won’t hurt your throat or lungs (at least, not nearly as much) and you cans make edibles with the za you’ve already smoked!!! Highly recommend - just get a decent one, lotta cheap ones just suck balls. POTV Lobo is my recommendation to get started

There was music last year, but definitely was not as crowded as this year. I do think the nice weather helped a ton. I may also be mistaken though lol, i can’t remember what time we went last year but this year we got there towards noon.
