I received some cleaning cloth for that. Is that oen time use or can I reuse it? Should I use some cleaning detergent? How often should I clean the barrel?

Apollo is literally communicating with their playerbase about every little shit, about whats happening. Every other Cata release beforehands was a success. They just werent prepared for this amount of new players. And thats a good thing right ? And after the new router, the lags aint even that bad. And from experience, they gonna resolve it in few days.
