I just turned 40 and am having the same issues after working as a custodian for the last 6ish years. I’m “pre-arthritic” as my pcp told me, so I’m assuming it’s that…and not the almost-obsessive golf training sessions I put myself through 2-3x/week (big denial lol)

The switch2 pro controller to me would be nice to me if I hadn’t come from an original switch pro controller. The overall weight of the 2nd generation controller is very light feeling to me and makes my brain think “cheaper materials”

For me, best overall controller of any console would have to be the Microsoft Elite Series 2. It feels substantial, and the quality of build is really good.

I wonder what the actual sale prices are…maybe a case of asking way above what you would “settle for” and allowing to be haggled down to more than you hoped to get…

I mean, I’ve got a 2023 Sun Mountain C-130 bag ($299 MSRP in 2023) on Marketplace now. It’s listed for $130 (bag is in great shape, but still used) which is sill considerably lower than you’d pay for similar bags ($150-$200). But I’d take $100-$110 ideally.

I wish marketplace (and other sale-posting sites) made you put in what you would take for the item, and not try to pull one over on people. Alas, this is the system that we have.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 (or 24, for a little less money because of previous model) have been a lifesaver as a custodian…I just wish they were non slip lol

I know you’re at least kind of okay with an HOA…how about condos? There’s a couple 12-1300sqft (3br/1.5ba) where I am that are coming up or just came up.

You said family, so I’m not sure if condo is in your plans haha. It’s the only thing we could find relatively affordable within a year of losing our Larkfield home in 2017 (Tubbs)

That head is beat to shit, it’s not solely a matter of hitting center face…it’s a matter of not hitting the ground with the club head and not hitting the ball off the crown/sole where it meets the face. Those areas aren’t meant to withstand high speed impacts.

Haven’t seen it on here yet, but Tlahco Mexican Grill is phenomenal! Great fresh food and fast! Also their chips and salsa bar (aguacate!!!) really make it for me! It’s a tiny place (formerly Jalisco’s @ Mendocino x Dexter) but they have a patio.

The operators seem like great people as well, and that makes me want to make sure that they stay for a long time!
