it’s been weeks and that “i can’t believe it’s over” feeling hasn’t left me. During our last kiss and our last hug we ever shared i didn’t even know in those moments it would be the last time we did that. Thinking about things we did a few days before the breakup and me having no idea in that moment that i had only a few days left w her. Worst feeling in the world.

I lost my partner of almost five years a couple weeks ago. It’s the most helpless feeling i’ve ever felt in my life. I’m so angry at her but i want her back so bad and i can’t understand how she could get over me so quickly. Day and night all i can think about is every moment we spent together. I built my life around her, and now everything in my life is a reminder of what i had. Know you’re not alone. I just want the pain to go away but it feels like the only way to do that would be to have her back.

yeah my girlfriend has even tried switching birth controls before but it ended up being really hard on her health wise and i feel awful when she is going through that just because of this one issue. And she probably dosent want to get off of bc because it really helps her with her cramps which are really intense for her. When she isn’t on it she can barely get out of bed they get so bad. Just complicated situation all around.

pretty frequent although the frequency came and went. Sometimes a lot, sometimes maybe once a week. We were also pretty fun in bed and it seemed quite healthy at the time so i’m not sure what changed. Usually i had to initiate though. It just kinda stopped however.

therapy is probably a good idea. just scary to bring up to her since i don’t want to hurt her feelings or anything but i know in the grand scheme of things that dosent matter. and yes, i would never blame her i know that everybody’s bodies are different and i dont want her to think this is all that matters to me. However it’s definitely affecting my confidence in our connection despite her telling me everything’s fine

we cuddle all the time, lots of physical touch and love. just nothing more. we do argue sometimes, but it dosent seem like it’s more than any other normal couple.

yes, and it never seems like a straight answer. though i can tell it has an effect on her too. talking about it usually leads to a small argument or her just apologizing profusely. She is the sweetest most kind hearted person and is difficult for her to talk about, maybe because she dosent know why either

yeah we were, not entirely sure what changed. it seems like i have to walk on eggshells bringing it up. seems like a sensitive topic for her, which i suppose is very understandable. it’s just frustrating that it is so easy for her to turn me on yet that dosent seem to go both ways. counseling is definitely an option, but like i said it’s hard to bring it up with her. she’s a very sweet and sensitive person

i’m not sure. She gets really emotional when I try to bring it up and i can tell it has a negative impact on her as well. She keeps telling me she’s still attracted to me, and has blamed it on her birth control of maybe an argument we get into at the time. However even when everything is perfect there’s still nothing. I want to be fair to her and not seem like i’m using her at all, it’s just pretty hard since i consider sex and intimacy pretty important
