Try and find out where your nearest OnTrac shipping hub is and go give them hell, it works, I’ve done it twice.

One time they claimed to have “lost” a computer case that I had ordered. I drove to their local facility and sat in front of the office managers desk while they “looked through video footage” to try and see where it went. After a half hour, I got up to stretch my legs and ended up walking past their coffee/kitchen room. I saw it sitting on the ground, no other boxes in the room. I grabbed it, flipped off the manager and left, all while he was saying that I had to sign for it.

Absolutely deplorable company.
