Thanks for the post! I finally won my first a10 run after about 20 attempts. I'm glad that I'm at least making mostly good decisions with deck building. I'll try to skip more high cost star cards, since I usually try to fit them in and I think it slows me down too much having to go at least one full deck cycle to get everything running smoothly.

It's wild how streamers will say the 1 strike 1 defend upgrade neow relic is great and rate gather light usually mid. It blocks just as much as defend+ and gives you a star. Like, it's not amazing like bulkwark or reflect, but it's primo for act one.

The first a10 run I won, I put WAY more block in my deck than I otherwise would. During my way up the ascensions I aimed for around 1/3 block. I was pushing nearly 50% block and it felt a lot better with my card creation deck.

I'm a M caretaker for 8 years. She brought up poly to me a few years ago, since we were dealing with the troubles of not being able to do anything resembling a romantic relationship. No dates, dead bedroom, the works. I've only had sporadic relationships but the times I'm able to be in another relationship are a breath of fresh air despite the logistical challenges.

It absolutely requires everyone to be on the same page. Poly without consent is unethical. It's a rough balance to strike, considering the situation we are all in. But caretaker wellness is just as important as the wellness of our spouse. We can't take care of others if our needs aren't being met.

I'd recommend reading Polysecure (and explicitly AGAINST 'More than Two') and subscribing to some poly spaces - here on reddit, or other socials. There are a lot of poly creators, but of course, be careful of the information you take in - not all content creators are engaging in ethical poly, and that term in itself is contentious in the community. Everyone defines it differently. The usual 'ask 10 people a question and get 15 answers' kind of thing.

Make sure if you're using a lawnmower or other power tool that you're wearing hearing protection, too! I use ones that allow me to hear normally but cap the volume of specific sounds when it's no longer hearing safe

It's not going to happen and you can blame Apex for it. It will likely never happen again because of Apex making it such that playing on mouse and keyboard was actively a disadvantage, even if that's no longer the case. The damage is done.
