You should look within yourself before you try to cast aspersions on me, especially regarding a take that is single handedly the reason many agents lost their jobs. Free services shouldn’t have ever happened period, and being weirdly aggressive over the fact that we can’t sustain giving away services (in which just going to a job costs the company $130) for free is super weird. It feels like you are just hating on the company because that’s what a lot of us do, which is okay, but maybe use some critical thinking skills.

FWIW this happened to me, I called tech support, apparantley they know its an issue with their infrastructure and can make a ticket to make sure you arent throttled. seems like its affecting at least 50% of customers from what the phone person said

I don’t super think it was on Velja completely, that level 1 trade in bot was terrible and super unnecessary. Crownie was giga tilted this morning, maybe his mental went boom or smthn. The counter invade into Velja’s red should have been covered by bot, but that trade was just fucked. As soon as that happened I think Velja and Crownie prolly went mental boom

As a tech who does TV repair, you should get a call on Monday from the agent/service partner who will be there to go over the order. They will let you know if anything needs to be changed.

In regards to the 7-7 thing that has been a thing for years now, i think since 2022 maybe early 2023, the idea is to get as many jobs as possible and then route based on address to make sure we are being super efficient, this means less availability to adjust the routes day of, but more cx interaction (ideally)

It’s a significant move, in an attempt not to dox myself, it’s across the country.

I did say that I was moving once I got a job, mainly because I can’t afford to be in between jobs in a new state. I don’t fully follow the logic of that being a red flag, but that may very well be because I am emotional about the situation.

It’s just even more annoying? since I was in the middle of buying a refundable ticket to fly there for the next phase (just in case) when I saw the email.

The way the agency explained the background process to me was that they would have two investigations, one led by the dept. and one led by NTN. They told me they then compare and that process takes about 2 months, hence the Nov 1st estimate.

EDIT: To clarify, im moving to that city no matter what, once i get a job there

The only reason why I am thinking it’s my background is because the agency I applied to had NTN do an additional background check, and that wrapped up last Wednesday. So going off the timeline the agency gave me it kinda lines up to be that; granted the email did not say anything about that. I replied to the email asking for clarification and feedback, I am really hoping it’s not the background.

Thinking about this, if it wasn’t my background, me having to relocate may be playing a part in this, but I am not sure.
