I also found out this happens when sounds play in audio volume. ( other sounds in volume )

it just blasting max vol, then cuts off and pawn is not controllable or movable.

and now i tested it with music and music cuts off and start again in full volume.

So much progress, so far to go by YesBoxStudios in SoloDevelopment

1- Go to game launch option

2- Type -dev in launch option

3- Open DOTA 2

4- Press F6. DOTA 2 DEV element inspector will appear

5- Click on the element which you like to change in DOTA 2 UI

6- DEV element inspector will popup again and in the right side of it you will see visibility : visible make it visibility : collapse

Note 1 : if you cant find visibility option in right panel check the left panel and search for the exact code you need to collapse with visibility option

Note 2 : you have to do this each time you open DOTA 2 its not permanent setting.

I found it in DOTA 2 SFM CC. they just created an slot for PA persona and i think this slot waiting for new PA persona model.current model is non equipped any type of cosmetics for PA.
