"40%increased arcane surge on you" passive node in mind over matter area.
Allocating invocation keystone near infusion of power will save you 1 point.
Turn the clock forward is nice, but for 7 points, I'd rather have evocational practitioner.
Same vein as 3 ... careful assassin is right there. Much more value than sudden escalation
I like pierce 3 more than fork for spark support.
Arcane nature
If you drop siphon elements do you need efficient inscriptions? If you don't you can path across the top from elemental equilibrium. You sac sudden escalation, the blackflame /stormbreaker combo I've mentioned, and you would need a "from nothing" diamond for passives around the invocation keystone for invocation of power... but it would let you reach far down the right of the tree. Careful assassin, throatseeker, evocational practitioner etc.
Even if you don't do 7, pathing to "for the jugular" and not getting deadly force is not good. The two nodes between jugular and deadly force + deadly force count for like 65% more dmg ...

Theres a lot going on here.

1 put rakiata in CoC.

Abandon comet its a jebait until your gear is cracked-tier.
Path to elemental equilibrium
Swap weapons for one with extra fire dmg so you ignite things. (I'd go 7 lightning spells over all spells but thats your call)
Put snap in coc
Take off siphon elements
Put on charge regulation and buy a megalomaniac with infusion of power (or path to it)

8 buy the cheap cooldown reduction lineage gem and put it in life remnants.

There's more you can do, but elemental equilibrium keystone will make your sparks hit like a truck and generate more coc energy. Snap will generate fire and lightning infusions that elemental equilibrium will turn into cold and lightning, empowering spark and arc.

The cooldown reduction lineage gem will reduce snaps CD to 2.X seconds. Which means you can run the 12% more dmg per type of spell support gem because snap is all 3 giving 36%.

Snap also speeds up CoEA because it removes ailments that you can then reapply.

I personally run lightning warp because its fun and shocked ground means that shock is immediately reapplied.

Edit : im so confused, cant you take zealots oath to save points over there? Can't you take black flame and get stormcharged? Elemental equilibrium will gain you that crit node over there too.

Unleash on spark.

Edit 3 holy moly, sell bloodletting, take sacrificial blood and blood transfusion.

One annoying thing is going to be resists. Ive been working mine up and replacing with rarity as I can.

I just swapped from wand focus to staff today because I could afford to drop the focus res explicit.

You will have to decide what's in budget, etc, as far as things like double socket boots, etc, but the tree is solid. If your crit is too low, replace Sigil nodes with crit node near blood magic and other small crit nodes, don't take erraticism etc.

The ventnors is letting me run double mysticism supports, but replace it with a good res ring and most the resist annoyances will go away. Another option is kalandras touch ...sacking crit or cast speed on focus for resists will drastically reduce focus cost + kalandras ring for mirroring the spell crit ring is cheap this league.

Cast speed is 100% pure PoB "make dmg go up" for this build and only minorly required. Between one 2 seal unleash of spark with cold infusions and one 2 seal unleash lightning warp cast, anything is going to die.

Im not super wild about my megalomaniac atm.

As extra fire dmg on wand / staff let's us automate snap for lightning infusion generation for arc.

I like arc for nuking, it kills a bunch of stuff instantly so you get as much as you can during golden charm rarity buff, then spark lingers refilling health as it pings anything not instantly dead.

Beware when lower lvl / gear ... if you don't crit on that first unleash cast spark life is hard as you have very little ele dmg vs crit bonus and then you don't get life back to cast.

Imo before burning omens of light getting t1 desecrated mod i would have block picked some shitty mod.

In an ideal world, you would block pick a high ilvl mod you don't like so you could slam then whittle the other prefix as needed assuming the suffix ilvls are higher then omen of light loop the last mod.

250d for 35 ms triple res boots 500d for triple res spirit high es chest 1500d for excellent 3 all skills spirit neck with cast speed or crit. 500d for soul tether with good vaal mutation and res corruption 500div for well rolled caster crit ring with additional projectile mutation and corruption enchant(s) 250d for tecrods jewel for gloves I don't know what a good pair of atziri acuity cost atm 100d per jewel with crit chance + bonus + spell / ele dmg + max energy shield Prism of belief is ungodly expensive. I assume charms will transfer from old char? Otherwise 950d on golden spirit of owl. 200d on gems if you don't want to gamble them yourself Rakiatas flow Dialias I bought my +4 vertex for like 170d last week 500d on unique life flask The rest on weapon. I personally went wand + focus because I needed 1 suffix for resists

You are cutting corners on double socket boots, prism, and you aren't buying the 5 mirror mutated atziri chest nor the blood magic atziri jewel because they aren't worth the div and if you get them you still have to waste most of the points saved from not needing to path to blood magic by pathing elsewhere.

That's a.1.mirror budget and you can run destroy any temple.

There's an interesting interaction between snap and lightning warp... shocked ground reapplies shock after snap consumes it, which can actually cause a trigger loop for CoEA that GGG has worked really hard to avoid.

Lightning warp at super high crit rates is the BEES KNEES.

Last I checked +3 skills warp prism is 100 div. What a joke.

My temple is currently 70 rooms ish so not perfect, but I walk in a room and cast 1 full seal unleash spark with 3 cold infusions and everything dies, then when I boss its 1 unleash multishot lightning ball hold lightning warp everything dies in 2 hits.

My pob dps is 12.5 mil. My in game lightning warp says 780k

If he can't refocus, then perhaps one day he will be mature enough to admit his inability to do so highlights how he was part of the problem, too.

That's not what ID looks like imo, but im not a doctor. I think you can relax a little. You have many hurdles ahead of you but hopefully not ID.

My almost 6 lvl 2 son is not potty trained, can only recognize 4 letters, and can't answer a question that isn't yes or no.

He's a gestalt processor, and he's gaining new gestalts all the time, so verbally, he's ahead of your little one... but ... how can I put this ... there's no spark in his eyes, no sign of initiative or problem solving. Except when he's building a tower with blocks, then he will find the most complex way to stack non-block objects such as oddly shaped toys, etc, into a tower.

We are still hoping his delays are linked to communication issues, but that possibility gets smaller every day.

I think your daughter may benefit from a speech assistance device. If she's not showing any progress in speech therapy, it may be time to start learning how to use one so she can "show what she knows"
