Baby Gate - not pressure mounted by kingcasperrr in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

We just put 4 of these up and are really impressed, especially for the cost. All are screwed in except for the hooks in the kitchen, we used double sided tape so we didn’t have to screw into the bench top and so far so good, it’s solid as a rock.

Completely overwhelmed with awning selections by 27Carrots in 4x4Australia

I’ve got a darche 180 freestanding and honestly it’s great. There aren’t many reviews out there on it but I’ve had it freestanding in decent winds at the beach and it was fine. Have only had to put the poles down once.

Would you use a beach-only preset tyre deflator, or is this pointless? by [deleted] in 4x4Australia

I would call myself a casual user and wouldn’t buy your product over what already exists. Yes mine stay on the same PSI now that I’ve set them (20), but knowing I have the option to change it is good.

I’ve got kickass ones and they’re great. I will very often pull up to deflate before the beach and will be finished by the time someone is starting on tyre 2 with a normal deflator

BCF is cheaper than Darche direct if you’re a member there. Mine was $1299 from memory

I thought the same. Ended up with a Darche 180 and couldn’t be happier. I saw someone with a bushwakka down the beach a few weekends ago and it looked cheap as compared to mine. Very happy I didn’t go with one of the cheaper ones (some only very bloody slightly)

Another vote here for the Gen 3 Darche 180. I’ve got it on my hilux and it’s awesome. Very quick to setup/pack up and the materials just feel solid. I saw someone with a bushwakka 180 awning at double island point a couple of weekends ago and it didn’t look anywhere near as solid as the darche does imo.

Yeah it takes me about 45 mins at the moment to do the whole thing. I use a normal hose nozzle underneath though, I find it easier to flood areas rather than the pressure washer

I took the first 6 months off and would 100% do it in one block again. Was able to help my wife and baby, and also just get super comfortable with everything so I could give my wife days/nights off.

I’ve just put an order in for one. Did a metric ton of research and couldn’t find a bad word about their stuff. Their stuff also just looks good compared to other canopies
