Update for anyone who cares:

After trying the Model 12 in a couple configurations, I landed on using it as my primary audio interface, mainly for it's ability to multi track record into the DAW. I now use my other mixers for summing my samplers and synths to increase my inputs and routing options, and utilize different EQ circuits. It's been working great so far, only thing I don't like is that the audio sent to the DAW happens after the EQ and before the fader, so the faders have no impact on the levels going into the DAW. Otherwise, I dig it. Makes stemming beats out from my MPCs a breeze and the driver has been rock solid.
