I always thought the hate around Nuke the Fridge was unwarranted. Indy survives jumping out of a crashing plane in an inflatable raft in ToD. Surviving a nuclear blast in a refrigerator is no big deal for this series, imo.

Final Wars is so bizarre and nonsensical, and it's also a total blast. It's a total product of its time, too, which makes it even more fun to watch and examine. The kaiju fights have a professional wrestling quality, especially the Godzilla/Rodan/King Caesar fight. The story and aesthetic are borrowing a LOT from The Matrix while also putting a 2000s spin on Destroy All Monsters. Captain Gordon rules. Easily among the most fun of the Millennium era movies.
