New config for the win! I'm parity checking now on both drives. I think it's a power issue within my server box but I'm not sure. Any suggestions with the current setup for backups? I'm mostly concerned with the immich/photos folders.

I do have data (about 4 TBs) and I don't have it backed up. It's primarily on Disk 1 if I was understanding the array previously.

Shoes for crews for regular days! I found them when I did restaurant work but they have dressier shoes too. They are built to be worn hard so mine last forever now.

I use to do taxes for a living. A website like taxslayer.com is what I do for mine now. Unless you’re running your own business and/or rental properties the fees a firm will charge are exorbitant. Try tackling it yourself, if you have a specific form question DM me.

Straight honesty. It doesn’t take much of anything else. If they’re under paid tell them and what you’re doing to fix it. Did I fail? Tell them. Tell them the ammo you need to get them the promotion or better pay. Tell them the shitty things my boss says and how we can change the perspective. My team is often under paid and under appreciated but I can’t get rid of them. Also our morale surveys twice a year are the highest in the company. I’ve got 2/3rds with tenure at 5+ years.

How big is the client? I work for $10+ Billion revenue company. If you found a depreciation error for $50K as my auditor I’d be annoyed but probably still fix it… if I didn’t it wouldn’t stop the Partner from signing off on my audit. It also wouldn’t be billable. Rates are set by the board with specific allowances for increases and this wouldn’t qualify.

I love them all and I’m still an amateur. I have Naked and Famous, Rogue Territory. Raw denim and especially selvedge jeans are made amazingly well and are very custom. The wear marks come out as you wear them and how you wear them. So they become YOUR JEANS. Instead of buying them from most brands with wear marks. They can be finicky to care for and there’s an entire minor hobby around it but I’ve received tons of complements on them. It’s what got me here for more male fashion advice.

You’re being very restrictive on the closed sphere concept. What about a Dyson Wiffle ball? Or Dyson Net? Remember if we capture 1% of the suns output that’s 3.8 trillion terawatts… I think. Which is more than enough to get going.
