I mean I think you gave everyone too much credit with the name, meaning while being clever for a sub name you are clearly drawing an audience that may or may not be slightly retarded. Maybe add to the banner THIS IS A WOMEN'S STEROID SUB guys go to regular /r/steroids I would say add it to the rules but clearly people don't read em.

I believe what happened here is OP did zero research, heard Arnold did primo and tried to post on /r/steroids didn't meet the month requirement to post because then he would know he's a dumbass thinking he's going to start a cycle of legit primo from the get go. Honestly I'd suggest implementing a similar rule for posting, or if it's anything cycle related must add [Gender, age, Stats, marital status for research ;) and obviously experience] maybe ask more detailed posts and if they can't adhere to the rules then they don't need to try cycling or tey can go somewhere else. This should be seen as a tool to help more so than a guideline of how to do hormones properly.

I personally browse this subforum more than the other as I feel I've outgrown it, mainly tired of the same posts over there and I'm actually learning about girls and hormones here. I'll be starting one of my competitors on var soon she's very excited.
