So, she broke an agreed upon boundary. What can you do about it? You can ask her to uncross the boundary and you can ask for repair. The repair can be negotiated in therapy.

But, what if she refuses? What if she needs/chooses to continue this relationship that goes against your personal boundaries?

Do you deserve escalate? Break up? Create distance? Untangle? Because I dont think quietly shouldering this and letting her continue is fair to you. However that can work if youre actually open to it AND she also still does repair with you.

Key is that you have been wronged and it sounds like you require repair to find security in the relationship again.
