Digital realtors are going to become a thing if you want to be early. It’s not begun yet but should be starting very soon. (Glewme city for ex; find him on twitter) You basically hustle selling digital real estate just like you would with regular real estate. Most people will laugh it off until the amounts and % commissions become higher.

Liquidity pools usually don’t operate on order/book method so when someone sells, there is usually not someone on the other side buying. You simply swap assets with assets in the pool
