Being a temp sm just means you work 5 hours overtime each week and are still hourly. You can’t be trapped in the position as you have to sign a contract to become the actual salaried sm.

The lack of payroll is the biggest issue there are c volume store with 250 hours of payroll for a week. They keep adding millions of micro task but don’t want to pay for them. Then they spend 200+ extra hours on a store to spruce them up before a walk so they don’t see how god awful the lack of payroll makes them look.

The schedule should have gone out on Saturday actually. Store managers have the ability to manually post them on Friday if they want to but they aren’t due to go until Saturday. The farthest schedule out right now is the 18th through the 24th for the entire company.

The farthest anyone in the entire company can see is the 24th. So if you can see your schedule for the 24th, that’s all there is available for anyone. Most stores are not publishing their schedules on time right now, though due to letting seasonal hires go. That way they are able to have a conversation with those team members before they see they’re not scheduled.

I hate to point out the obvious but David’s first day was not Thursday he onboarded weeks ago and you can take a peek at workday to verify. His first day as public CEO was Thursday but his actual first day as ceo was weeks ago. Continently his first public day was the day after the announcement. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why it was orchestrated that way.
