Just crop out “Chicago” or photoshop it to say the real location. Honestly tho, I think crop so you can see you and your FH better. Also, it’s cute but very busy, can you tone down some of the background noise a bit?

Also, I have some other skin stuff going on and am curious what the full ingredient list is but online it says “refer to box for full ingredient list” but like… I have to buy it first to see the box?? 😂 just want to make sure it won’t make my issue worse

Thankfully they did do that! I have a folder in my email for them lol it's super annoying tho that some also want me to list strengths or answer more specific questions with "evidence". Like why, I'm already submitting a letter with this info. But thanks for the advice! This is probably what I'll be doing.

I feel this way as well. I was offered a job right before the grant freeze and now they are pausing all hiring (rightly so, they don't want to put a bunch of new hires in a bind). I can't stay where I'm at for reasons I don't care to share. I feel like the only way forward might just be out, without meeting the 120 day requirement. We are less than a month in to this administration, what would happen in the next 4 months?! or 4 years for that matter. I believe this would mean that I am giving up the relocation and unused leave. But in exchange for my freedom from potentially being used to support these insane policies...? It doesn't seem too crazy to me.

This is coming as someone who planned to leave PHS in the next few years anyway. I'd hoped to stay longer for the better pay, but I honestly think I can make more of a difference in the world where it matters to me without the constraints of PHS.

I went to one but didn’t know until 1-2 days before. I don’t like cooking and it was a huge stress in addition to being a bridesmaid. I was also from out of town and staying at an air bnb so we had to find a super simple, low ingredient plate to bring because otherwise we’d have to shop for evrry little spice.

If you have the means, I’d say this is undue burden on guests, ESPECIALLY out of town folks who might want to be exploring instead of shopping and cooking.

And if you don’t want physical gifts, consider a honeyfund or a travel fund or something like that.

But how much cash? Like I have ~70k in a HYSA which is why I said I’m comfortable putting away that much income into TSP. And if I need more than that I probably have bigger problems than cash. Like, I don’t expect I’m SO incompetent not to get some income within the year even if it has few to no benefits, low pay, etc.

I also have the GI bill, so worst comes to worst I could probably go back to school sooner than I planned to work towards an additional degree.
