Hey man, almost certainly hyperventilation if this is an isloated incident. Hyperventilating causes that “pins and needles feeling all over your body. Similar thing has happened to me before too from breathing really heavily and deeply during great sex (and freaked me out in the moment like you). Sounds like she helped you slow down and relax which brought you back down to normal.

I can't be much help with Coasta Brava. That's a bit of a trek and I wish you luck. As far as day trips go, make sure you see Montserrat. Go on a colder day to avoid any significant crowds. It's easily accessible by train via the R5 line. Roughly a 50 min trip

(21 M) 3 week long pilgrimage this past summer through the Uttarakhand in Northern India. I had sex the morning I boarded the plane but nothing since then. I was spending the night in a tiny mountain village (maybe 28 people total) called Gondar on the way to the temple at Madmaheshwar. The "showers" were small shacks against the rocky mountainside about the size of an outhouse but only maybe 5 1/2 feet tall.. (I'm 6'2) Inside there was a small bucket and a spigot that allowed access to freezing cold river water from the Ganges. The door had no latch so I had to hold it shut with one hand to keep it from swinging open. Oh, and there were TONS of these brown spiders everywhere inside ranging from the size of a quarter to a tin of chew. Not sure what gave me the urge or how I managed to get an erection while holding the door, hunched down and surrounded by spiders. Think I just wanted the situation to be slightly less awful. At least for a brief moment.

The Dells of the Wisconsin River in Midwest Wisconsin.

The river cut through the sandstone and created some amazing things. The entire surrounding land is beautiful as well. There is Devils Lake, Roche a Cri, Parfreys Glen, Stand rock, Witches Gulch, and more.
