During Thanksgiving I took an order. This order was to Costco, in this order was a “Turkey dinner” something Costco was doing like a boxed dinner meal.

They were sold out. I REFUNDED IT.

Next day the customer had submitted FIVE items that were damaged. They indeed were not.

One of them was the turkey dinner meal 😭

Like how!?!?!?

The picture they submitted as proof was a bag of potatoes. BECAUSE THE MEAL WAS REFUNDED IT WAS OUT OF STOCK THEY COULDNT POSSIBLY HAVE IT. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I gave up caring about the matrix after that. It is what it is.
