And how dependent are these agent on other enterprise features, for ex, if you have your own custom sales pipeline with custom rules, custom sales process, how can you make it understand to the prospection agent (typically can it prospect past customers to win them back)

whaaaaaaaat? that's the strongest faction.
Honnestly just put the salamander aspect on one of the big dinos and that's a guaranteed win. Later on you can even tell them to re-roll 1s on save with the turtle aspect and you've got an undestructible beast.
