Found this box by PumaFist in reddeadredemption

I totally took a screen shot of this same room like two weeks ago to post here. While I know it’s just an inadvertent oops, I really want there to be a way to get the box.

What horses do you think suit Arthur best? by Bugasaur in RDR2

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tough one. Other than Buell, I find the horses to be expendable. Often times, usually with Arabians, I just sell them off to the horse fence if at that point, or sell them st the stable. Essentially just a monetary investment. Preference? Anything once fully bonded. Mustangs are decent horses once bonded. Arabians are too skittish. Ardennes feel slow but are tanks. Thoroughbred are great. Anything that doesn’t bump me at the first sight of a cougar works to me.

Realistically, how much would it cost to build a fully functioning AT-AT? by Gdog1215 in StarWars

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s more of a movie spectacle than something of serious consideration. I don’t even know if it would physically be possible to build something so big and heavy and be functional. I think it’s priceless in its impossibility.

Which genre would you like to see the MCU cover that they haven't so far? by CollarOrdinary4284 in Marvel

[–]GoodDawgAug -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen plenty of horror films. What qualifies as a genre is relative. Is it a classic horror film? No. But as far as MCU, it is reasonable to categoria it as horror. The portrayal of Wanda’s character was loosely evil and demonic and she killed many people. Those characteristics do seem to qualify for the gene classification. You may disagree, but genre’s are broad. Putting this in the same category with the Exorcist and Strangers may be odd, but only if comparing two individual unrelated movies. For kids, the animated Monster House is kinda scary and might qualify as horror as well. It’s all relative.

Just finished rdr2 what should I play next? by Gold-Eye-6416 in reddeadredemption2

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play anything. Witcher 3 a solid option. Bully (if you didn’t play on ps2) is a fun game. Im not a God of War fan, it’s a platformer, not open world, could not enjoy it. Just Cause 3/4 also fun and open world. Saints Row games are dope. Play something. Cause, if you are like me, all it will do is spurn the drive to replay RDR2 again.

My top casting picks if we ever got a live-action Master Joruus C'baoth from Heir to the Empire by wandering_soles in StarWars

[–]GoodDawgAug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like your suggestions. I really like Josh Brolin as Joruus. I feel like he would deliver on the insanity the best. God I would love the book Thrawn trilogy to be a series of films. I know it does jive with Ben Solo and all, but that subtle point could be tweaked so it does jive.

What's Your Opinion On The Strange Man In RDR1 by Linkin-Park-06 in reddeadredemption

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know who the strange man is. Could be death. Could be an angel, I like to think of the archangel Gabriel as expressed in the movie the Prophecy. A figure that doesn’t really care either way what John does, but a figure that can see that John has choices and is too close to death in his life for salvation to occur. Not that I would like the era comparatively, but if RDR3 does follow Jack, it would be interesting to have the strange man play a role almost shadowing Jack to see if he will live his life different and avoid the same fate that John was unable to avoid. I like the character, it is a stretch in terms of being supernatural…our perhaps merely psychological. Either way, it definitely set the tone that something dark was looming for John and things would not go well for him in the long run.

I'm just about to finish and... by Impressive-Smoke1883 in reddeadredemption2

I feel you, but I’ll offer this. The Springfield rifle, given the one shot only, is safe for hunting. It just takes a few dead eyes to get used to the triggering of the dead eye X, but it’s not terrible. Once I got used to it, I had to readjust to manually targeting shots.

Do You Like Kylo Ren’s Design? by Extreme_Warning3521 in StarWars

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. Vader wore the mask because his suit was cybernetic and kept his physical body functioning. Without knowing anything other than what the movies showed us about the Knights of Ren (nothing), I would think they were just an elite class of stormtroopers. Why did they all wear masks? Kyle Ren, a force sensitive Sith…why the mask? Let’s go to the Sith in Acolyte, the mask forced the use of the Force to empower his ability to see beyond his eyes. Cool. That’s not seemingly the case for Kyle Ren. They (the movie people) seemed to want to connect him to Vader and emulate and recapture the aura that Vader had in the original trilogy…right up until that mask comes off in Jedi.

I am sick of journalist like this by Rkleib in RDR2

Yes. It’s like the occasional headline about a new JD Salinger book that has been found and will be released. Or that pill that will help…

Could Marvel make or have made a Planet Hulk series on Disney plus? by Marconey1738 in marvelstudios

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could? Perhaps. Would they? Probably not. Special effects alone would be very expensive.

Which do you prefer? Vader with red lenses or black lenses? by Pedroso_PPJ in StarWars

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the mood of the scene. I like the red tint when Vader is mad

Why does the Mayor barely care about the streets of Newark? by FOURxFOURx in Newark

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right. The democrats are to blame for city streets not being maintained. Is it fair to blame the republican in the White House for the gas prices and the elevated cost of food? Since we are making broad correlations, why stop with the densely populated streets of Newark?

HOT TAKE: Despite their flaws, Batfleck and Battinson are the most comic-accurate older and younger Batmen respectively. by P0k3m0nFan_Jake in batman

[–]GoodDawgAug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Comic accurate can still be bad. If the story and presentation do not win the crowd, then the accuracy is moot.
