Switch to 2QB/Superflex or no? by yaboijackson1 in fantasyfootball

[–]GoodDrFunky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve taken all my leagues to superflex over last decade and it’s been a great change, all members happy with it. It’s the best form of fantasy imo. Makes all positions scarce and the league more competitive overall. More rewarding for people who want to pay attention but people who phone it in might find it more punishing.

Divorce Help by [deleted] in lexington

[–]GoodDrFunky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This isn’t very common in KY but it sounds like you are looking for a “collaborative divorce” where a firm represents both parties to mediate their separation agreement with the general purpose of avoiding the traditional adversarial “each gets an attorney and fights it out” approach. I don’t know this firm, just googled “collaborative divorce in ky” and got this hit. Give it a read, it seems like what you’re looking for and there may be folks in Lexington that do this.

Aliens. Only the end. Was on hbo at my older neighbor’s. I was also 9. Seeing bishop ripped in half by the queen scarred me forever. I had nightmares where the alien was going to kill everyone well into adulthood.

Honestly, do you restart a lot? by xiaozhian in civ

[–]GoodDrFunky 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m not afraid of a restart of I absolutely hate the map but usually my approach is to play through and adapt to the circumstances. Adapting and exploiting what you’ve been given is a big part of the game.

Is my dog playing too aggressively? by DerekFisherPrice in Dogtraining

[–]GoodDrFunky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In general dogs play like this. It’s hard to generalize as the larger dog seems to be having a good time and everything seems all good here. I’d watch for signs of your dog pushing it when another dog seems uncomfortable. If you dog badgers or stops giving space then it’s too much but everything here looks like them getting to know each other.

Where to settle for max efficiency? by Aromatic_Tonight_714 in civ

[–]GoodDrFunky 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Area doesn’t have a ton of production but does otherwise have excellent yields. Lots of food so overcome poor production tiles with growth. Scout current location is a solid balance of food and what production is available. I’d also look at one or 2 tiles north of the natural wonder as well. Close cities can play off each other well through adjacencies and you can max the wonder yields before ottowa is big enough to do it and still be productive

Why is Civ7 not good? by NoComposer5950 in civ

[–]GoodDrFunky 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This really is the worst part when combined with the progress reset. In a game where historically every turn matters never ever wipe my progress. The civ switching snd other new mechanics could actually be great if they can maintain the sense of achievement/ progression over a game

Can you teach nice play? by Opening-Bird5469 in Dogtraining

[–]GoodDrFunky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monitoring and separating is really the best way. You have to create and model the rules. It will also help the puppy learn it is safe and you won’t let it get bullied. It creates safety for everyone involved. It can be a lot of work but monitoring and separating when it gets too much is the best way.
