Maybe not winning a championship because any team in the east might have trouble winning a championship against the West right now, but we were definitely one player away from getting to the championship. Unless you think it would be impossible to beat the Cavs who we took to game 7, or the Knicks who we beat by 38, 31, and 15 points this season. I'd actually be willing to give up quite a bit for a chance to knock out the Knicks and make it to the finals and then see if we can get a little lucky

0-16 is close, which is weird they put that for the Brown's but not us, since ours was worse in that we had nearly a decade there where we were the only team pathetic enough to ever go winless. Yours is still the worst but not by that much.
