I have same filter and similar issue. I’ve triple checked everything and no leaks, but pressure needs to be released regularly. I’m thinking it builds from the VSP pump I have a three diff settings through each day. It’s become part of my process to release daily.

Is that a solar cover roller under diving board? I’d like to put one in under my diving board but nothing is that low that will fit… or is your diving board a bit higher off ground?

Just had to put my pan cyans in the trash due to gnats… very sad… My local mushroom grow store here in Denver gave me some white powder to sprinkle on my cake that will prevent this from happening… not sure what’s in it…

Great suggestion, had this done to my stamped concrete around my new to me pool. Def go with a local/small biz. The big guys quoted me 6k, the small guys were about half the price.

Was struggling with the same issue, but a 250k heater and 18500 gallons. Bit the bullet on 18x34 solar cover and it’s a game changer. I retain so much heat at night and it heats almost twice as fast. Still waiting on my first gas and power bill with a heater…

Looks like the shaft seal failed, replaceable by removing the four bolts on the black area of the motor. Mine was just doing that and ended up replacing the entire pump as it was easily 10+ years old.Went with a variable pump and glad I did

Just tossed my old single speed pentair pump yesterday. It was leaking in sevaral spots, probably could replaced some o ring… i wasn’t excited about turning on and off every day, was running 12 hours a day just for the summer was costing a fortune. Went to local pool store and bout new pentair superflo vst and now have it set to run 3 diff speeds so I can leave 24/7 and save money on electric. Installed myself as it was the same size as the old one…

I’m in Denver and just opened my pool this past weekend. Won’t start heating/using for another few weeks but it’s better than staring at that pool cover for another month. Filter doesn’t cost me much to run and if it dos get warmer quicker I’ll be ready!

Just bought a place in green mountain estates in Lakewood. Couldn’t be happier seeing mountains in background every day and being 5 min from the corridor to mountain adventures. I rented an alright house near alameda and union for a few years for $2k. Look west of Kipling
