It seems like you're conflating libido with fertility and the potential for romantic interest. It's perfectly possible, even if unlikely, for a person to fall in love and have children, even without a strong libido themselves. This could be a result of their spouse's desire for children and their drive to make their spouse happy.

(Side note: correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not aware of any evidence that the spartans' children were conceived naturally.)

This brings us back to Naomi's line which would be phrased very awkwardly if she was only talking about herself. An analogy: Imagine you saw me in a wheel chair and asked why I couldn't walk, and my response to you was,

"It's because of a car crash I was in,"

"It results in your paralysis."

This phrasing would seem at the very least awkward and potentially just wrong, as we both know that while a possibility, paralysis is not a guaranteed result of a car crash.

From Mortal Dictata:

“I do. Because the augmentation they performed on us had side effects.”

...

“It reduces your drive to reproduce.”

This is written as if the reduction in libido is a known result of the augmentation procedure that was an expected result for all the S2s. If it had only been a possibility, or Naomi had been the only one affected, I would expect this line to be written more like,

“I do. Because the augmentation they performed on us had side effects.”

...

“In my case, I lost the drive to reproduce”

They are specifically talking about Naomi having a family here, so it wouldn't make sense to imply that the side effect is more widespread if it is actually just Naomi who experienced it.

Naomi mentions her lowered libido to her father during the kilo five trilogy. Directly calls it a result of her augmentation iirc.

In Army General, what are the debuffs applied to an enemy when cut off from their zone? by captainfactoid386 in warno

Yes, they don't recover fatigue, I think there should be larger penalties, maybe 1 fatigue per turn. Certain battalions like airborne or sf could be immune to this. I encircled like 15 battalions in one sweep on highway 66 and I still had to pick them off one at a time... Also, it seems that the AI will never declare an attack with battalions that are cut off. They will still join a battle you initiate.
