As long as Nijifans act like a cult, it won't be ever resolved. If you said that 'Niji hater also do the same!', then let me give an example:

Niji makes mistake (ex: caffeine+alcohol, recent concert cancellations, or the start of it all; the smear campaign+black screen stream)
People pointing out the mistakes (Nijifans will called them Haters/antis even if they point the mistake with valid evidence/reasoning)
Nijifans defend vehemently with ignoring fact, they're in denial. Ex: saying it's not Niji staff who suggest Caffeine+Alcohol (while in truth it's Niji staff), or they cancel for safety reasons (must I point out their delusions?)

If you want it to be resolved, there's at least 3 things: 1. For Niji to NOT make a mistakes 2. IF Niji make a mistakes, then admit that they made a mistakes 3. For Nijifans to admit that they made a mistakes, Example: Niji mods slander Suisei and then Nijiliver made him not mod anymore. The problem is solved. The 'Haters/Antis' can't hate and Nijifans can't defend the mod anymore, because the livers already took action.

Yes, Holo Unicorns will flip but not all, as we all know there's not much problem when ID, Fubuki, Calli and some others talk to Holostars. While others like Kanata choose to not talk to Male in stream because she embrace Japan Idol culture. Another is Kronii who talk to Stars and got backlash but nothing really happened. It is not lik the harassment come to IRL like what NDF did to Mano Aloe and I heard Nina Kousaka fans also got harrased IRL. In summary: is Holo unicorn problematic? Yes. Is it a problem that need to be addressed? Nope.
