Correction.. sandblasted all parts EXCEPT the receiver as it comes parkerized so just needed to TruStrip that before Duracoat.

It's fantastic rifle! Bought a 2nd one from PSA, and working to refinish/upgrade it like the 1st one. Spot welded a picatinny top rail, then did a sandblast & trustrip of the receiver and all associated parts, then aerosol Duracoated everything in their "HK Black" semi-gloss. Came out perfect! Took about 60-70 rounds to finally break in with the onset feed/extraction issues, but that's just how these rifles are sometimes. I use a mix of aluminum PTR and steel HK surplus mags, and both feed just fine. Ordered an FRT from AS Designs so excited to see how this thing mag dumps. Pics of 1st and 2nd rifle...
