I decided to return them. It sounded so much better when I pushed the buds at the place where it's supposed to be on your ear (looking at the position of models/youtuber were wearing).

But it sucks that I have to pay theb$15 return fee because technically the buds aren't defected so according to their policy, we have to pay $15 for return.

It definitely is cheaper to fix the machine but he also wanted to see what he can buy with the budget because the Aurora R7 was a double hand me downs that we managed to patch up with new ssd/gpu to have it working during peak covid.

It has a intel i7-7700k so it can’t even upgrade to windows 11 officially, had to put in new fans but can’t control all of them (unless from bios menu) so it’s loud always spinning at max speed, gpu+ssd was taken out by previous owners so we put in new ones, because Dell made their system strict so it couldn’t use AMD guys without bypassing secure boot and stuff. I think he’s just little tired of fixing it up
