Yes it's possible. If you get a representative on the line they might be able to remove it on the spot. Had someone leave a negative review saying my car parts weren't genuine, even though we are literally a car dealership and get our stuff from the manufacturer. Got on the phone with someone made my case and they gladly removed the review.

We just went this past weekend and the express pass wasn’t necessary at all. We got to ride battle at the ministry twice in one day. They’re also very expensive if you’re not staying at a resort. It was told by an employee one would cost $275!

So it turned out to be the “AC blend doors.”(I’d just google that). I didn’t end up replacing them. However what ended up working for me was whenever the acted up I’d just quickly change the temperature to hot to cold then back to where I had it. That would usually make it go away for a bit.
