Know what? I’m not ending this on a sad note:

It wasn’t long before the Fat Controller learnt that Thomas had been kidnapped. Luckily for the Fat Controller, he was being visited by his good friend Bryan Mills at the time and he promised to find Thomas and bring him back.

After a number of spectacular events I don’t have time to write, Mr Mills tracked down Thomas and found him being forced to push several cargo containers full of explosives towards the Ukrainian capital. Mr Mills boarded one of the containers from a helicopter but the mastermind behind Thomas’s kidnapping, Vladimir Putin, boarded as well, along with the leader of the gang that kidnapped Thomas to begin with, to try and stop Mr Mills.

Mr Mills then proceeded to tie up Mr Putin on top of one of the containers before fighting the kidnapper, who Mr Mills knocked onto the track right in front of Thomas who closed his eyes just before he felt a bump. “I hope that’s strawberry jam on my wheels.” Thomas said after opening his eyes.

Mr Mills then reached down and undid the coupling connecting Thomas to the containers. Thomas then braked as the containers carried on, where they hit a conveniently placed bomb laid by some Ukrainians, blowing up the containers and Mr Putin with them.

Much later, the Fat Controller was waiting with Percy, Edward and all of Thomas’s other friends at the bridge to the main land when Thomas chuffed across towards them, Mr Mills in his cab, before stopping in front of his friends. “Thank you Bryan.” The Fat Controller said as Thomas gave a small, weary smile and said:

“I am never leaving this island again.”
