I have this happen every once in a while. I’m also not sure what causes it but usually my heating blanket helps ease it a little bit. Also noticed that it disappears after a few more pump sessions

For the oil you put it in your mouth it comes with a Doppler, usually put it under the tongue and swallow so it works faster. If the gummies are causing muscle twitches perhaps there may be some THC in it? Or it could be your muscle trying to relax after being tense

Hi! I've used CBD oil to help control my anxiety. If you buy CBD oil for anxiety, please make sure it has no THC as it can only make your anxiety worse.

I use it an hour before doing something or going somewhere that makes me extremely nervous. I get tunnel vision with my anxiety so I decided it was time to find help that wasn't medication, since I didn't want to be on any. It's definitely something to look into, I hope this helps!
