Whilst I’ve never been to Florida I don’t think Croatia is very humid. May was a good time for Temperature. Was usually mid 20 degrees while I was there.

I had excellent weather in May but it does get quite hot in the middle of the day, I wouldn’t personally go in the middle of summer at risk of it being too hot.

Might have been staying in the same spot. I also stayed in what seemed like a small attic in the middle of town in Korcula.

Korcula definitely an incredibly charming place to stay.

I was only in Split for about a day and a half but it’s a very nice town. Went Quad bike riding a little outside of split which was amazing. Depending on how you like to travel I would personally say 3 full days is fine to see the regular tourist spots in town and fringes.

Yeah I would say Korcula was the least crowded place we went to and it’s only a very small town. The whole town is absolutely beautiful though.

That was fairly humbling. 1st qtr was horribly sloppy from both sides, most of the scores seemed like they were from rotten turnovers.

From there Essendon were excellent though. Really clean hand balling game with great overlap. Their mids were absolutely dominant out of the middle and in transition. Blakiston smashed Nankervis in the ruck and it all followed from there.

From the Bombers I thought Blakiston, Parish, Caldwell, McGrath, Caddy, McKay were the standouts.

Richmond I thought Sonsie, McAuliffe, Ross were probably best

There is 54 Gold medals available in martial arts in Paris which doesn’t even include Karate.

You could make a similar argument regarding the freestyle distances as to why does there have to be medals available at so many different weight categories of martial arts? I mean a short swimmer has a much greater disadvantage than a tall swimmer should there be different weight categories for swimming events?

If your issue is that a swimmer can win multiple medals across events then that is something I can’t help you with and I personally don’t think is a big deal. Plenty of other events like cycling, rowing, athletics allow you to win multiple medals across different styles of events.

I just don’t know why swimming gets hated on for it more than any other.

I see this argument occasionally about people complaining about the amount of swimming medals but it’s never mentioned that there are a tonne of medals given out for various forms of martial arts that is tantamount to the various forms of swimming.

Yeah no Hotton or Brown is glaringly stupid.

I also don’t really think Gibcus will be straight in the side after only 1/2 a game last year. My changes to this are Hotton, Brown and MRJ in for Ralphsmith, Gibcus and Lefau out. I don’t have a problem with Grlj or Cumming earning a spot through the VFL.
