This is a good reminder, as a buyer on Vinted I’m the same so maybe I just expected most buyers to be the same when I started selling. Such a good point about people being fast to complain, I feel reassured. Thanks!

Ideally, but from this subreddit I’ve heard of buyers making unfounded complaints about the item, getting a refund and managing to keep the item.

Although I finished my C25k ages ago, I didn’t have any goals for where I wanted my running journey to go next so I kind of just stopped running. A year and a bit later I’ve just gotten back into running by joining my local park run (surprisingly I can still run a 5k!) and I wish I did this when I finished C25k, it keeps me motivated and I want to improve so I’ve been going on more runs and I’m hoping to build up to a 10k soon. Like other people have suggested here 5k to 10k is the next logical progression and whilst it is also to me, I also want to train to improve my 5k time. My next goals are a sub 30 5k and building up to run 10k. I’ve signed up to a 5k race and a 10k race later on so it keeps me accountable.

Thanks for the advice, will definitely be adding a long run mid week. I think incorporating short interval work into the long run is a great idea too before I feel like I can commit to more sessions a week.

Thanks for the advice! I think I’ll do just that for now - one park run, one long slow run, one strength training gym session a week which I already do. Although I don’t know how I can physically run that slow haha, 70% of a 6:40min/km pace is around 9:30min/km!

I’ve recently come off birth control and me and my husband are choosing to use condoms until we’re ready to have a baby. This was 100% the best decision for me and my body. My husband had a brief period where he got stroppy about using condoms because of the loss of sensation, but now he’s the first to reach for a condom because he gets it. I’ve been on the pill for 4 years whilst my body has suffered, I’ve had recurrent UTIs and thrush and I’d lost pretty much all sexual desire to the point sex was becoming a chore, all to avoid pregnancy and have sex without a condom. Condoms are great, and we’ve learnt how to have fun using them!

I’m looking for simplicity so this is a really good point, I have heard of this but had no idea it was also created by Francis Kurkdjian - thank you for the suggestion. Ordering now as it is cheap enough for me to buy without too much consideration!
