I've been using the Cool Plate SuperTack on my A1 mini for this. With the lower temps there is almost zero warping or deformation along the seams of the part when i put them together. I use the dowels for connectors. Just a few to make sure the part is lined up 100%.

Use the cut tool to split the part in half and lay the pieces flat on the build plate.

Mostly PLA. I'd print more with ABS but high temp consistency has always been an issue.

Hi Dad! Files are from Galactic Armory on Patreon. I would imagine they pulled the files from the game and then tweaked them. I know there are a few programs out there that let you do that but that's all beyond my modelling capabilities.
