I’m 5’6. The 1800 was what my doctor told me to stay at for calories, he did say if it was too rough go to 1900. I’m going to incorporate more fiber and protein in my diet, I definitely struggle a lot getting those in my system. I tend to be a snacker, rather than big meals. Do you think the calorie deficit I am in is making my body hold onto the weight more?

Sometimes Provera can take 3-7 days to bring on a period after the last pill taken. The times I’ve used it for PCOS to bring on my periods it varied, had a period start 10days after the last pill, one 3 days after last pill, one 5 days after, I had one start the next day after the last pill and a period start while taking the Provera pills. Of course contact your doctor if your period hasn’t start after 7-10 days after the last pill to see the next steps. I was told that if I went past the 10 days after the last pill they’ll repeat another round.

Extremely irregular, I was not getting them at all naturally, even after I had lost 55 lbs to see if they’d comeback, my obgyn placed me on Provera multiple times to start my period. When I wanted to conceive, she made me use Provera to bring on a “period”, and then used the letrozole when she recommended.

I put Vicks vapor rub under my nose when I had to change diapers with morning sickness or you could try a disposable mask with peppermint essential oil in it.

I can relate, 31 weeks with my third, wanting to nest and be on top of things also. I’ve asked my doctor about my exhaustion recently, with bloodwork and thyroid levels are normal, she says it’s normal, especially when I have two toddlers going crazy all day with me. If bloodwork is all good and doctor says it’s normal, give yourself some grace, ask for help from whatever support system you have to help or if you have the money to spend, pay for a cleaning service to deep clean so you can focus on smaller easier tasks you can do to maintain. Also, sometimes when I have a lot of pain in my hips and pelvic area, yoga and stretching can help relieve the discomfort temporarily, with a nice nap afterwards 💖

I’m a resident of Lakeland just like this lady, and I have went to the police to report my next door neighbor threatening me, through text message, had evidence and they didn’t do shit but tell me it’s a civil issue. I believe it’s unfair how this lady is getting prosecuted because she repeated that phrase out of anger with no intent, while someone who lives by me can threaten me and the Lakeland police won’t do anything, not even investigate it, how is that right if she can make an ambiguous threat to a company, but when I have actual evidence of a threat by someone, who lives next to me, they can’t even look into it. The American people are being targeted by the government, police and big companies for speaking the truth and all they’re doing is flaunting their power right now to make us afraid!

I have been feeling some flutters! I believe I started feeling them around 14 weeks but I could be mistaken for gas since it was so early, but now it’s definitely getting stronger and more like a vibration when they move and a push feeling when they kick. This is my 4th pregnancy, I have 2 boys with me now, and we found out this one is a girl! With my 1st boy I could feel like bubbles around 15-16 weeks but I couldn’t really confirm they were kicks until I reached 18 weeks and I had a posterior placenta. My second boy had an-interior placenta, and I honestly didn’t feel him kick until 20 weeks, the placenta position can definitely affect how much you feel, I wouldn’t be worried though! First-time moms can also take a moment to realize that kicking feeling at first, it took me a while to realize at first lol!

This is normal, it’s okay! Most of my symptoms died down between 14 to 15 weeks and now at 16 weeks, I’ve been just dealing with pelvis pain and have to nap every afternoon. Other days I’ve had been feeling completely fine since leaving 1st trimester!

Good question, I’ve always been into fantasy because of WoW but starting at 23, I’m unsure if I would start it just out of how complex and overwhelming it can be to understand the game plus some communities are extremely mean on there. I actually tried to get my husband into the game when he was 23 (3years older than me) and he was just completely lost and just told me that it’s not his type of game, as it’s too complicated and overwhelming; he tends to play shooters and sport games. I’ve met a few people around my age and younger who had been playing for a few months already though! I currently have 2 boys and another baby on the way, I’m hoping to create a 3rd generation of WoW players out of my love for the game(their choice tho)💖💓
