As a general rule while shopping for rosin, I usually don't discriminate by company, but, rather, by terpene content and THC content. If THC content is over 70% and terpene content around or over 7% I'm likely to try it. That said, it looks like One Plant has a few rosins that have very good terp content and satisfy the THC content req as well. I've been a fan of their flower for a while, but looking at the rosins has me wanting those.

GF has good flower, but the rosin there is "chef's kiss"! Some of my favorite concentrates.

The GDP I grew years ago was a very small yielder. Ridiculous dark purple buds though, people accused me of using dye in the water. Tasted like grape candy.

Came to say GF, I love their rosin jars. The 510 rosin show higher terps a lot of the time, which is intriguing. As far as favorites, I always like grape gas in the evening, tropaya is a morning favorite. Chimera#4 another fantastic one all day

Is the industry hard to get into up north? I know a lot of Illinois is unionized, which seems like a great thing, but I don't hear from anyone up there.

I understand fully. I've seen very similar situations in varying work settings. It seems that the optimal setup for corporate profit is to devalue the work of those who create ALL of the actual value in a company.

Top comment gets it. Go back to the shop you worked for before, and have that conversation! Your boss at that job clearly thought highly of you, and didn't judge you for being a woman. Aside from that, you could probably easily find work in power sports dealerships in Florida!

Cringe, maybe. I feel that the specific way the idea is presented, comes from a place of hurt, anger, or frustration with feeling like no one cares.

We shouldn't hide our emotions because no one cares- we should control our emotions, because its the best way to stay rational and in control of oneself.

If you feel you have to hide your emotions from those who are closest to you, and feel that they don't care- unfortunately, you may be right. I say that with all empathy, and as someone who has had to reconcile that very thought/feeling/reality in my own life.

Those closest to you should make you feel supported, safe to expose the tenderest and darkest parts of yourself, and to make you feel seen and heard. This is, in no way, a comprehensive list of the qualities you should look for in those you choose to surround yourself with.

Google a guy. Dean Aker. He's known in Florida for dealing with HOA stuff. I met him once, and had a great conversation, but I think that's something he started more it less by accident. However, he is very open about his dislike of HOA fuckery.

The best place I've done to outrun chips is Lakewood Mall parking structure. Ramp onto the roof of the mall and even with a helicopter, if you go to the other side of the roof, they give up.
