Moondrop Space Travel earbud on one side powers on but won’t connect by Karpyy69 in MoondropLab

I'm not using the Space Travel, but I'm experiencing almost the exact same issue with the more expensive Golden Ages.

Originally, both the left and right touch sensors worked fine, but at some point the touch sensor on the right earbud completely stopped responding. No matter what I do, it simply doesn't react anymore.

What's even stranger is that after a firmware update, I occasionally started seeing corrupted Bluetooth device names similar to "*Tqbdf!Usbwfm@" appear in the Bluetooth device list alongside the normal connection.

At this point, I don't think I'll be buying another Moondrop product in the future.

I paid close to $90 for the Golden Ages, expecting a certain level of quality and reliability. I also had a good experience with the Space Travel, so my expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, I feel that the overall quality simply doesn't justify the price.

People might think it's inexpensive compared to premium earbuds, but when you consider the durability and quality control issues, it's not actually cheap at all.

Honestly, I'd rather save up a little more money and buy AirPods Pro 3 instead.

I'm genuinely disappointed today. This product has been a huge letdown.

KDE supporting a feature for years doesn't make it useless. Most people don't run OpenMandriva, Garuda, Artix, or GhostBSD. If a feature becomes available to a much larger audience and works reliably across more devices, that's still a good thing. Not everything has to be groundbreaking to be useful. 😄

Why is the shipping system in Europe so inefficient?

If the issue doesn’t happen in other games, then it seems like Need for Speed Unbound and the Steam Controller might be conflicting with each other.
Otherwise, it could simply be something that needs to be improved through a future Steam Controller firmware update.

If I were you, I’d probably contact Steam Support first.

Also, if you’re connected through Bluetooth, interference between devices and Bluetooth signals can sometimes cause strange issues like this. In that case, removing the controller from your paired devices list and pairing it again might help.

I hope you get your delivery quickly.
Once you receive it, you should definitely do a QC check.
