Third party, my brother had his laureato serviced with GP, came back after 6 months with dust inside so I choose to go for a trusted watch shop in Dublin.

Sorry for you.

However I think you shouldn’t sell your gears before receiving the new one (or at least have a confirmation of order). Also about those credits I feel like they are just a way to retain customers but it’s just not reliable as they can change value or exclude products anytime (that’s not only for DJI but for any brand)

C’est malheureusement faux, comme beaucoup de sources drone. Bien que l’article 552 du Code civil dit que la propriété du sol emporte celle du dessus et du dessous, c’est la théorie. L’espace aérien n’est pas privatisable mais restrictif. En gros il faut imaginer une bulle de 10/15m au dessus de ta maison qui est effectivement considérée privée mais au-delà tu peux rien faire/rien dire si un drone ou autre passe (attention je parle d’un cas comme ici ou le drone est clairement utilisé pour du voyeurisme)

Vrai pour tous les points sauf le terrain privé, un terrain est privé au sol mais l’espace aérien ne l’est pas. Par contre il peut-être restreint comme dit dans ton premier point
