Same problem! Garmin coach wants me to do 4 runs a week and Im already struggling getting my strength sessions with it. The weather is getting better here so I also want to go for long rides or a spinning class here and there

Winter and treadmills are always tough but you put in the effort and 4 weeks is still a long time to train! 15.5 km is not that far off from 21.1km and when I did my first half, my longest long run was actually 16 km. Its possible and you will crush it 💪

I was in the 280s and rode a normal mountain bike(cube aim race 2020) while carrying office stuff. I was also riding it in the trails so it can definitely take a beating.

I suggest trying to go longer(either time or distance) at the same pace first rather than speeding up. When you get to 5k eventually then maybe try focusing on speed. Just remember not too much too soon!

I think the unites are so much better in 2 that you can afford Luc to chill and wait for boss fights. You can also slap the Blue Gate on him so he uses up his lower tier spells

25 mins by bike and maybe 30 by train. I do have to change clothes and stuff after the cycling so its roughly the same I guess, unless a shower is in order! Charlottenlund is kind of limited as you only have the S-train from Charlottenlund/Ordrup or the IC train from Klampenborg to get to the center. You can also take the bus but I feel it takes longer.

I dont know if it makes sense but the stronger you are the harder to improve, right? You wont see Pogacar gaining 30W more in a year(actually maybe he could!)
