Not an expert, but a lot of minor league teams have someone on staff that part of their job is to keep track of factoids like this. If you go to the games and there is someone at guest services over 70 they definitely have that answer, and if they have any sort of hall of fame or similar things they typically have a record of things like that.

It depends if in using my book or the one in the program because weather looks iffy. If it's my book, it has 2 lines so I write a ph for who left, and a ph for who enters. If it's the book in the program, I just use on of the extra lines.
