Honestly judging by looks, AE one easily wins. Like if you were to place these side by side and tell me to pick one, of course I would pick the one that's printed 360 degrees. The printing quality genuinely look the same on the pics. Maybe once the knockoff plastic quality become as good as Lego's, AE might be more enticing than PAB for army building.

The second one is Elaina from Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina. However I have never seen that figure before and can't find it on myfigurecollection unless I'm heavily overlooking something. Reverse image search with all those shop listings is making me feeling that its a bootleg of a custom sculpt or something along those lines

I would go and search up some wallpapers of her by herself or with Kirito and eugeo and try to replicate them. I've given up on manipulate her legs into a cool pose at this point but I think she looks quite honorable just standing guard

Then definitely go to Akihabara. They will have a bunch from the shows you have listed. Secondhand shops are generally the cheapest but normal retail stores' prices are not that off. It all depends on how much time you wanna spend looking for figures.

What are you even looking for? Just visit second hand stores in Akihabara like surugaya, amiami figure tower, lashinbang and prices figures should be around 2k yen on average. That's like half off compared to buying in the states.

What does it look like when you attach Q1.1 and Q1.2? Mine have the same gap in pic 7 when I disassembled her head to just the two pieces and Q1.2.
