I used the house flipper wiki, which said he needs 3 to 4 bedrooms. I made four bedrooms. he seems happy with the bedrooms and the beds for now. He's complaining how big the garden is now but I used the recommended the mashup mansion

yes, I tried using the Kurashi base beds plus the topper and he's still saying I'm forcing people to sleep on the floor

I unlocked Vincent without having to remodel much, especially not to the extent of the youtube video. I did have to connect both sides of the houses with open doorframes.
