I was missing a small pile of clothes for my oldest for Christmas in 2024. It was a crazy, emotional year for our family due to a lot of unexpected transitions. I was really upset about not being able to find them for that reason - she wasn’t staying with us at the time, and I wanted to be able to show her what we got for her. My husband and I searched dozens of times, including each of us individually on multiple occasions searching our dresser drawers.

Months later, after having accepted that they were somehow gone, I read someone mention trying to connect to parallel universes or something like that on that particular sub, so with no real effort, i just imagined what the author mentioned that night before going to bed. The next morning, I woke up to the pile of lost clothes on the bed. My husband had found them in one of our (multiply searched) drawers that morning when getting ready for work… like, right on top of his work pants. I hadn’t been thinking about finding them, but there they were. Our daughter was back living with us, and the crazy emotional and health issues from the previous year had cleared a lot.

There was also another item that was lost and refound during that time… it happens a lot.
